On 17th February 2014, Nishtha kids club hosted the visit of 8 students and 2 staff from the International School of Bangkok. It was a bright crisp day and the children were happy to take our guests out onto the ground and play games with them. Most of the students didn’t know the rules of cricket so our local children were very happy to teach them. On the other hand, the Bangkok students taught our children some practice techniques using a football and at last we improvised a long skipping rope and introduced the idea of multiple children jumping rope together.
At the end of the afternoon the children and students all returned to the community centre where they were able to socialise and eat bananas!
